Where My Writing Journey Truly Began.
When I first started writing, I completed my manuscript in less than four months. I was proud, excited, and maybe a little naïve. I gave it to my family to read, and they were thrilled. At the time, I didn’t know what it really takes to prepare a book for the world. If I had, perhaps I would have waited, slowed down, and planned differently. After selling more than two hundred hard copies, I couldn’t shake a feeling of doubt. Deep down, I felt like I was scamming people, handing them a collection of words that weren’t yet the story I wanted them to experience. So I began editing. And editing. And editing. Years have passed, and rumor still has it that I’m “still editing the book.” Maybe it’s true. But this time, I’m determined. This time, I want to deliver a book that you will truly love, cherish, and adore. Writing isn’t just about finishing a manuscript. It’s about growing with it, letting it teach you patience, humility, and the joy of creation. That first book, flawed as it may have been, gave me all of that and more. I hope that when the final version reaches you, you’ll feel the heart, the sweat, and the love poured into every page because that’s the story I wanted to tell from the very beginning.
